The King's Tea

An ordained minister with AEGA Ministries Int’l., Dr. Elizabeth Foy has taught the Word of God for forty-five years. She and her husband, Ray (also ordained with AEGA),  founded Highways & Hedges Ministries, an evangelistic outreach based in Monroe, Louisiana, in 1996. She and “Brother Ray” regularly minister at conferences, retreats, and seminars, also serving as interim pastors on occasion.

For many years, Dr. Foy enjoyed the unique honor of serving as the only female chaplain of motorcycle clubs in the southeastern U.S., logging thousands of miles ministering the Gospel to the biker community. She helped found Kairos Outside of Louisiana — a ministry to the loved ones of those incarcerated.

Currently the major emphasis of their ministry is hosting “The King’s Tea” — a one to three day event focusing on an intimate worship experience with the King.

The Foys have two adult sons and three grandchildren, and make their home in Monroe, Louisiana.
